The Easy@Home Deluxe Tens Unit works well. There are several presets and option to program your own settings. While the instructions offer basic details of operation, I would not recommend experimenting on your own without directions from a physician. The pads can be cleaned to extend their life. I you use the device long term you may need to but replacement pads. This is appears to work as well as high priced medical devices based on my experience and results.
